Parent Information - New starters

Hello and a big welcome from the EYFS team!

Applications for places in our Reception class should be made via Lancashire County Council's website www.lancashire.gov.uk (search 'school admissions').

If you are applying for a place on faith grounds then you must also complete the Supplementary Form for Faith Reference which is available on the link below or from the school office. The Supplementary Form needs returning to school.

We are delighted you have chosen Clayton-le-Woods pre-school and primary school for your child's educational journey. We are a dedicated, passionate team who strive to support your child achieve their potential in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Our mission is to promote a love of learning so that each child can thrive and succeed under our care.
